Wembley Park
Wembley Park is a major regeneration project adjacent to the world-famous national stadium. Being developed over a 10-year period, which is now mid-point, the scheme includes a designer shopping outlet, a West End standard Hilton Hotel, the SSE Arena and over 5,000 new homes.
Desco have provided the MEP services design for a number of plots at the Wembley Park Development including:
Plot NW07/08, Landsby, which comprises two buildings with ‘towers’ of between nine and seventeen storeys which are linked at basement level providing circa 361 new apartments, including 295 build to rent homes. On the ground floor, a series of community spaces are available to residents including a library with workstations, a lounge with soft furniture and a multi-purpose room which opens into Elvin Gardens, promoting residential interaction.
Following the Landsby development, we were appointed to deliver the MEP services design on Plot W03, Alameda, comprising a 10-storey section and a 15-storey section providing circa 370 new dwellings with retail at ground level.
Our most recent works were on Plot W06, now known as Beton and The Hive, a mixed-use development featuring 150,000 sq. ft, nine-storey commercial office building and a 150 PRS apartment block of 11 storeys.
The site is adjacent to Alameda and offers 115 units for private rent, and 35 as London Housing Bank units, supported by the Greater London Authority. The office building is designed to British Council of Offices standards and fitted out to a Category A finish.
